textDescription

The idea is simple: rush out cheap early damage with a combo of Venomoth and Salandit. The cheap energy and retreat costs should allow you to build up Wigglytuff as your sweeper. Items and trainers can be adjusted according to taste, but I think the most crucial thing is running 2x X Speed for free retreats which frees up the energy you need to charge Wigglytuff. You might experiment with mixing in potions, but I find that they are usually wasted as they very rarely rescue Venomoth or Salandit from getting knocked out. You are usually ok with giving up two victory points from Venomoth and/or Salandit before trying to secure the win with Wigglytuff.

This deck is not super strong, not going to break the meta, but it is functional and I just love using a weird mix of pokemon that nobody has seen before.

Another variation of this swaps Venomoth line for Weezing line and includes Kogas for extra stall. I think this probably works even better, but then you're not using Venomoth which is a weirder off-meta what-is-even-happening-right-now pick than Weezing.

Let me know what y'all think!
