 Arceus EX is the meta-defining card of the Triumphant Light expansion. Needing a mere 3 COLORLESS energy to unleash attacks that deal 70-130 damage consistently is a bit crazy, and the fact that it can fit in SO MANY decks means that it can act as the glue that can make otherwise lackluster decks shine. DO NOT underestimate this deity!
