Dialga Licker EX

This deck utilizes Dialga EX's first move to charge up Lickylicky EX to 4 energy. After Lickylicky EX is fully charged up it has the potential to deal over 100+ damage depending on the outcome of the coinflips. This could possibly one-shot an ex just with 2 heads from the coinflip.

Dialga EX is used to charge up Lickylicky EX early, thus making this a fast deck to set up by being able to attack on the 3rd turn. Skarmory is used as an early game pokemon, dealing 50 damage with 1 energy point and putting pressure on the opposing pokemon.

Two Leafs are included in this deck due to the retreat cost of Lickytung and Dialga EX having a 2 energy requirement. You will need to constantly switch between these pokemons in the early game. Three items can aid Skarmory by adding 30 damage to its attack, making it great for the early game.
