Mismagius EX

Mismagius EX can be a very annoying card. Its damage isn't exceptional, but its energy cost is relatively low, and it can confuse the opponent every turn, granting a 50% chance to stop an incoming attack and cause damage to the would-be attacker. The one problem with Confusion is the fact that the opponent can switch out, unlike Sleep, making it a bit less reliable. Add to that the fact that Psychic has some major competition, and it can be hard to justify using Mismagius.
