Manaphy/Dragonite/Articuno
Dragonite has energy acceleration now. And it tips the balance of the card from being cripplingly slow to set up to sometimes having 2 Dragonites and an Articuno ready in 4 turns.
Of course, you need Manaphy to survive for that long in the first place, but the energy acceleration that card provides is still insane. At the very least it can turn 1 Water energy into 2 before dying. And because of Manaphy, you can run Articuno alongside Dragonite for some tanking and as a sweeper/cleaner that is faster to set up than Dragonite, and Blizzard's 10 damage to Benched Pokémon also happens to be a great damage combo with Draco Meteor. Misty boosts energy acceleration further and can be used turn 1 on Manaphy to try and start the snowball even sooner. Finally the Giant Cape is used to help Manaphy survive a little longer than it otherwise would.
One major issue with this deck is that you need at least 1 water energy to get anything done, meaning you may be stuck doing nothing in the first few turns if you only have Lightning energy. Misty helps with that though and once you have 1 Water energy you can snowball very fast.
The strategy is to farm as much energy as possible with Manaphy and Misty, then overwhelm the opponent with the sheer damage output and durability of Dragonite and Articuno.
