Garchomp EX

Garchomp EX is a strong card... with some problems. In theory, this thing could TEAR UP the game with ease given its strong and consistent 100 damage attack for 3 energy AND its ability to hit the bench for a reliable 50 damage at 1 energy. However, the fact that it's 3 stage means that it clogs up the deck with 3-6 cards and takes just a bit too long to be SUPER meaningful by the time it's set up and ready to go. It's a good card, but just not quite meta-defining.
