Pikachu EX and Pachirisu EX have some nice synergy; they're both inexpensive to get set up, and they both hit hard. Giant Cape and Rocky Helmet can help out defensively and offensively, respectively, while also allowing Pachirisu to fulfill its damage boost requirements. And Rotom can come in early as a low-cost wall that has surprisingly good damage output if the opponent decides to throw an item on their defending Pokemon.
