 Pachirisu EX is pretty much something of a side-grade to Pikachu EX, and the two cards actually work well together. Pachirisu has slightly lower damage output and different requirements to hit for maximum power, but it can definitely put in the work!

 Just go ahead on give up on the concept of having 3 points.
Pikachu EX and Pachirisu EX have some nice synergy; they're both inexpensive to get set up, and they both hit hard. Giant Cape and Rocky Helmet can help out defensively and offensively, respectively, while also allowing Pachirisu to fulfill its damage boost requirements. And Rotom can come in early as a low-cost wall that has surprisingly good damage output if the opponent decides to throw an item on their defending Pokemon.
