Aggressive deck. Ideally, attach the first Energy to Darkrai to deal 20 damage to the opponent's Pokémon, and the second Energy to Weavile EX to deal 70 damage. To achieve this, you have one Leaf for situations where Darkrai starts in the active spot and one Pokémon Communicator to cycle your deck, ensuring Darkrai is benched and Weavile Ex is active by turn two.
Every Energy is crucial, so you have two X-Speed for retreating and one Dawn to transfer Weavile’s Energy, enabling Darkrai to attack. Alternatively, you can use Darkrai’s Energy to deal 20 damage, then move it to Weavile for an attack.
Mars is highly valuable, as you will typically lose two points when your opponent knocks out Weavile. It can reduce the opponent hand to just one card, preventing the use of Trainers like Cyrus or Cynthia. In the worst-case scenario, Mars still acts as a weaker Red Card if your opponent gets greedy.
