Lead with Exeggutor, supported by Shaymin, and ideally equip Celebi with a Giant Cape. Keep Celebi in reserve as your win condition after your opponent takes down Exeggutor. Mars is highly useful because, at worst, it functions like a weaker Red Card, but in the best-case scenario, it can reduce your opponent's hand to just one card after they defeat your Exeggutor.
